I am an author, product developer, and educator working at the intersection of human performance, wellbeing, systemisation and design.
My work focuses on translating complex research from neuroscience, physiology, nutrition, and behavioural science into practical systems that help people think more clearly, perform more effectively, and recover more sustainably.
Through books, technology, workshops, and strategic consulting, I help individuals and organisations move beyond information and implement evidence-informed practices that create meaningful, long-term change.
I am currently focused on developing Body Budget™, a framework and technology platform designed to help people better understand and manage their cognitive, emotional, and physical capacity.
