A love letter, from me to you.

Dear my love,

I know why you’re here. Maybe you’re exhausted—pushing through the day on caffeine and sheer willpower, wondering why no amount of rest ever feels restful. Maybe your body doesn’t feel like yours anymore. Maybe you keep snapping at the people you love, feeling emotions bigger than you know what to do with. Maybe you’ve tried everything—therapy, self-help, every wellness trend that promised to be the thing—and still, something isn’t clicking.

I need you to hear me when I say this: you are not broken.

If you feel like your body is betraying you, if your emotions feel like a war zone, if your mind feels foggy and out of control—it’s not your fault. Your body isn’t working against you. It’s protecting you, compensating for things you were never taught how to heal. And that’s where I come in.

I built this work for you. Every book I’ve read, every course I’ve studied, every painful lesson I’ve learned—it’s all for this moment, for you to finally have answers. Because I remember what it felt like to not have them.

I was sixteen, sitting in my dad’s office, exhausted, anxious, over it. I typed "How to cure an eating disorder" into Google, desperate for something—anything—that could actually help me. I searched for hours. And I found… nothing. Just vague advice, empty encouragements, the same recycled wellness clichés. That was the moment I decided: Fine. If no one has the answers, I’ll find them myself.

Since then, my work has evolved—spanning hormones, trauma recovery, nervous system repair, and the deep, invisible patterns that keep us stuck. But at its core, it all comes back to the same truth: healing starts with you.

I don’t do quick fixes. I don’t do “just think positive” or “high-vibe your way out of it.” I do science-backed, tangible tools to help you regulate your nervous system, balance your hormones, and rewire the subconscious patterns shaping your life. Because healing isn’t about willpower—it’s about getting your body, brain, and biology to work with you instead of against you.

And I know this because I’ve lived it.

At 14, I picked up my first book on Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman. By 15, I was studying psychology at QUT on an early-entry scholarship. It didn’t take long to realize that while research on neuroscience was evolving at lightning speed, the university curriculum wasn’t keeping up. I pivoted—immersing myself in specialized courses, cutting-edge research, and ultimately, creating a methodology that bridges the gap between science and real healing.

At 17, after an unforeseen event, I found myself homeless. I used to say that it “could have” broken me, but the truth is, it did. It also gave me a fresh foundation to build my life back up. From professional dancer to nationally touring DJ, I built a life that defied the odds as I silently battled the chronic pain of adenomyosis and endometriosis. Those challenges didn’t just test me—they became the fundamentals of everything I teach today.

When my mum was diagnosed with stage 3 endometrial cancer, I knew it was time to step fully into this work. I left my performance career behind and created Unprocessed app—an app merging nutrition and neuroscience to balance hormones, mood, and chronic dysregulation. Unprocessed isn’t just an app; it’s a movement, with profits and data contributing to research in women’s reproductive health, oncological nutrition, and innovative solutions for the Unprocessed community—because the system isn’t giving us answers fast enough, and we deserve better.

So, my love, here we are.

You deserve to feel safe in your own body. You deserve answers. You deserve healing that actually works. I will be here to walk with you every step of the way. The cycle ends here.
